Happy New Year Sale at Vintage Vampalicious

It's a new year and a new era and we all survived the epoch elipse, or at least we think we did. So to celebrat Vampalicious are having a January Sale with 15% off all clothing - go grab yourself a vintage bargain, you know you want to!

Emerald Green
Gorgeous jewel green vintage malachite & brass bangles, (sold seperately or together as a bundle) a heavy malachite necklace, a green satin evening purse & the most stunning Bandalera evening skirt, that is actually brand new still with it's tags, despite it not being vintage it really has been influenced by elegant Victorian gowns and is perfect for a steampunk event or costumed ball - divine!

You'll find this lovely 3 piece linen & silk suit made in the Valentino studio in Rome early 1980s. Although it was made 1981 it has a real movie star feel to it and makes me think of Tippi Hedren in 'The Birds', Hitchcock movie, or can imagine Jacki O wearing it.

 

We also have quite a nice Oriental & Asian collection on the site too, with still lots more Chinese brocade items to upload shortly. Most recently I added this stunning traditional Malay 1960s hand embroidered opulent Noynya Kebaya, complete with it matching set of 3  gold dipped brooches, in the shape of birds to match the bird pattern in the embroidery. Noynya Kebayas were considered as traditional Haute Couture as every piece is hand made and original, and made with the best materials. It really is exquisite.

 

Alongside the Noynya is an original 1970s silk brocade traditional Malay fitted samfoo, (samfu) trouser suit with flared trousers, and some other hand made tailored pieces all original one offs. Take a browse on the site as there is lots more to see.
